Pricing FAQ
No one-time setup fees. Your first month covers onboarding, access setup, and initial optimization work — it's included in your plan price. We believe you should see value before you're asked to commit to anything long-term.
We offer month-to-month agreements on all plans. That said, most meaningful results take 60–90 days to fully materialize, and clients who stay longer see compounding improvements. We earn your continued business through results, not contracts.
Each marketplace or storefront counts as one platform: Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and others. If you're selling on Amazon US and Amazon Canada, those count as two. We'll clarify this during your audit call.
We bill monthly, in advance, via ACH or credit card. Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month. Add-ons are billed on the same cycle. There are no surprise fees — any scope changes are discussed and agreed upon in writing before billing.
Good problem to have! Our Growth and Scale plans are built to absorb volume surges without extra per-order fees. If you're on a Starter plan and consistently exceed 50 SKUs or need expanded services, we'll proactively recommend an upgrade.
Yes. We offer a reduced-rate "maintenance mode" for clients who want to pause active optimization during off-peak periods. Reach out to your account manager at least 14 days in advance to arrange this.
